Markus was born in East Frisia, comes from a large family and works as an entrepreneur
Numerous business partners and employees appreciate the special meetings at the ranch and here and there even on horseback. In harmony with nature and the fascination of animals, it is uniquely possible to reduce the complexity of things, to be creative, to find your focus and good solutions.
In addition, his BBH senior experts organize numerous management coaching and strategy workshops with companies and executives from all over Europe.

BEATE
Beate, a typical Bavarian with Polish roots, grew up with animals. Even as a small child, nobody could stop her from "Pony & Pferd".
From an early age she dedicated herself to the most artistic of all equestrian sports. The dressage sport.
The relaxed environment is an ideal place for their own equestrian demands - to devote time and tranquility to this highest form of horse training. In addition to all the training, she devotes herself to the individual needs of all horses.

Each animal has individual needs in terms of rest, food and exercise. The focus has always been on the well-being and health of the horse, because only a happy, healthy horse can bring joy to humans as a partner.
We attach great importance to strict compliance with our quality standards - also in dealing with the animals.
If it is hungry because it does not get enough roughage, it is dissatisfied. If it just stands in its box and doesn't get enough exercise in the fresh air, it may well be that it wants to let off steam under the rider. It can also lead to injuries and long-term damage to the joints and tendons.

BALKAN HORSE RANCH
The beautiful equestrian facility is located in the Balkan Mountains, about an hour's drive north-east of Sofia. In summer our riding facility is surrounded by green meadows, in winter by lots of snow: Real four seasons with many sunny days in the fresh mountain air.
The pure nature, the excellent climate and wide meadows and hills invite you to varied rides.
If you are looking for a real break from everyday life, to deal with yourself, to enjoy nature with friends & partners, to focus on the horses or simply to work in front of the hotel terrace, you will find it in this place.
During the week, the trainers from BBH Bavarian Business Hub organize seminars, workshops and coaching at European top management level on the ranch.
These activities, which continue to enjoy popularity, integrate beautifully with the environment with horses and the tranquility of this unique nature.
